Clear UAE delivery and support terms
These terms apply to products purchased through BIN IMDAD — IT DIVISION.
UAE Delivery
Delivery is available throughout the United Arab Emirates only. A flat delivery charge of AED 20 applies anywhere in the UAE.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within three working days from the date we receive the order and payment.
Repair-Only Warranty
A three-day repair-only warranty applies. The unit must be brought to our Ajman Free Zone office for assessment and repair.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Where the three-day repair-only warranty applies, the available remedy is repair at our office.
